Privacy policy

Effective 9 October 2026

This policy covers the Mansiu website and its early-access waitlist. The app is in development. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account.

Resolvery OÜ is the data controller. You can contact us at the address above about your data or this policy.

What we collect and why

Your email is required to join the waitlist. Other form fields and optional tracking are voluntary. Declining website tracking does not prevent signup. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated processing on this site.

Who receives your data

We use these providers for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to handle a legal claim. We do not sell your waitlist contact details or use this site’s data for personalized advertising.

International processing

Our providers may process data outside Estonia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers use an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with relevant safeguards. Provider details are available in the SendPulse data processing agreement, Cloudflare data processing addendum, and Google’s data processing terms. Contact us to ask about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep data

We keep unconfirmed waitlist submissions for up to seven days. Confirmed waitlist details and optional answers are kept for up to 12 months from signup, with earlier removal if we close the waitlist or you request deletion. We manage this cleanup manually.

Your browser choice is valid for 180 days and includes the notice version and time of your choice. Expired local-storage records are removed on your next visit; the fallback cookie expires automatically. Google Analytics cookies in this setup have a 180-day lifetime; Google Ads measurement cookies may have their own lifetimes, described in our cookie policy. We configure Google Analytics to retain user and event data for two months. Aggregated reports are outside that retention setting and may remain available for longer. Google Ads measurement data is retained according to the applicable Google product settings and terms linked above.

Technical records and enquiries are kept for as long as needed for site delivery, security or resolving the enquiry, taking account of provider retention settings and any legal obligations. If a legal obligation requires longer retention of particular data, we restrict its use to that purpose.

Your choices and rights

Use the unsubscribe link in a waitlist email to stop launch emails. To withdraw feedback permission, correct your details, leave the waitlist or request deletion, email [email protected]. Use to change optional tracking choices. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent.

Under applicable data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. You can complain to Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate, or another competent supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work.

Visitors from the United States

The data categories and recipients above also describe our practices for US visitors. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We use your cookie preferences for optional tracking. We do not automatically change those preferences in response to a Do Not Track signal. When we detect Global Privacy Control, Ads measurement stays off.

Google may receive measurement data about activity on this site when you consent. We do not use remarketing, Customer Match or enhanced conversions in this setup. Rights under US state laws depend on the law and its applicability to our business.

Policy changes

We update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. If we introduce a new purpose that needs consent, we will ask for it before using your data for that purpose.
